Simply select your standard size and add your measurements (bust, waist, hips, height, and custom length) in the 'Order Notes' box at checkout, or email them to us within 24 hours.

No. We believe a flawless fit should be effortless. Our made-to-measure adjustments and custom sizing options are entirely complimentary services of our atelier.
Please note: Custom-made and tailored pieces are exempt from promotional discounts. If a discount code is applied at checkout, our team will reach out to adjust the order before production begins.
Yes. We offer a curated palette of alternative colors across our fabrics and are happy to explore design adjustments to make a piece uniquely yours.
Depending on the complexity of the design change or if a specific colorway needs to be custom-made for you, an additional fee may apply. Please reach out to us via email or our contact form before placing your order so we can discuss your ideas and confirm the details.
Once your custom details and preferences are finalized via email, our team will send a secure, private payment link directly to your inbox to complete your order.
Because each piece is individually crafted for you, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for production before your order is shipped. We will keep you updated on its progress throughout the process.
If you require your custom piece sooner than our standard timeline, we offer an expedited Priority Service to accommodate your schedule.
Because each garment is individually crafted, these requests are dependent on our current production capacity. A Priority Service fee will apply, determined by your requested timeline. Please reach out to our team before placing your order to confirm availability—we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
Because each garment is tailored exclusively to your measurements, custom and made-to-measure orders are ineligible for traditional refunds.
However, we want you to place your order with complete confidence. If your piece does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer store credit or a size exchange to make it right.
