WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide and offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 USD for all standard shipping.

Orders are shipped from one of our warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, or Hong Kong, depending on stock availability at each location.

SHIPPING TIME

The standard shipping time frame is anywhere from 5-8 business days once the order is fulfilled. Orders placed after 1pm EST on a Friday may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 1pm EST on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

Expedited shipping is available for $30 (Estimated delivery of 2-5 business days). 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Once your order is placed, it'll be fulfilled within 1-5 business days, M-F. If you ordered after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. Our order processing is automated, hence, once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be canceled or amended.

Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends, holidays, sales & limited edition releases. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

 

Unexpected Delays

The timeframe is an estimate, as there are many uncontrollable factors in international shipping, therefore, we cannot make any shipping guarantees. In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here due to the specifications or requirements of the local government agency at the destination. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

 

COUPON CODES

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

 

PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY

All shipped orders become the responsibility of your postal service provider. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact your postal service provider to resolve any problems you might encounter.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

For standard shipping, when it comes to duties and taxes, we've got you covered. All additional fees and duties are included in the price, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience for you. No surprises or hidden costs.

For Expedited shipping, additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.
