Once your order has been fulfilled and leaves our workshop or warehouse, the following shipping timelines apply:

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days.

Standard Size Orders

• Processing: Orders are fulfilled within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  

Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders

• Production Timeline: Because each custom piece is tailored specifically to your proportions, please allow 1–2 weeks for hand-crafting and production before your order ships. (For urgent orders, please contact our team to inquire about priority production availability).

• Timeline Start: Our production timeline begins the day after our team has reviewed and confirmed your final measurements with you via email.

Tracking & Delivery

Every customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number the moment the package is dispatched.

All stated delivery windows are estimates. International shipping can be subject to uncontrollable factors like customs clearances. While we cannot guarantee strict delivery dates, please contact our team if your package is experiencing significant delays, and we will do everything in our power to assist you.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

For Standard Shipping: We provide a hassle-free experience with no hidden fees. All local duties, taxes, and customs fees are completely covered and included in your final price at checkout.

For Expedited Shipping: Depending on your region, additional import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Aenso is not responsible for these local charges, and we cannot issue refunds for packages left uncollected due to unpaid customs fees.

Package Safety & Liability

Once an order leaves our facilities, delivery liability transfers to the designated postal service provider. In the rare event that a package is lost or mishandled in transit, please contact your local postal service provider directly to initiate a claim.

Coupon Codes

Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout by clicking "Apply" before finalizing your payment. We are strictly unable to adjust prices or apply discounts retroactively once an order has been submitted. Only one code can be used per purchase.
