Returns

RETURNS & PROCESS:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to lodge your return. Please allow 24-48 hours for your return to be approved.


Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept items that show makeup marks, stains, or carry any scents of perfume or body odor. If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.

We offer refunds on items that were sold at the original price. The welcome code will be eligible for a refund. All items with a discount of 20% or more are considered sale items and can only be returned for store credit or exchange. Made-to-Measure & Custom orders are eligible for return only for store credit or exchange. 


We do not accept returns for any items purchased with store credit or for product exchanges. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, credit note, or exchange unless deemed faulty. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.


The return handling fee is $12 USD, which will be deducted from your refund. If you choose a store credit or exchange, the return fee will be waived.


We kindly require that your return package is postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Returns postmarked after this period cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.


The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses, unless the return is due to a product defect or an incorrect shipment. We recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process the return.

The refund amount will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost.


Please do not return the package to the address on the waybill, that is not the return address and we will not be able to receive your parcel for return.

Order Cancellations & Amendments

Standard Size Orders: To ensure fast delivery, standard orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Made-to-Measure Orders: Modifications to custom sizing or measurements must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders cannot be altered or canceled.
